Аспекти мењања и унапређења музичког образовања будућих васпитача

Резиме: Рад се бави квалитативним истраживачким поступком који је за циљ имао испитивање аспеката могућих измена и допуна силабуса музичких предмета на Високој школи струковних студија за образовање васпитача у Новом Саду. Осим намере да се тиме повећа практична примењивост усвојеног градива и стеченог знања студената, истраживање се бави и верификацијом покушаја да се пажљивим одабиром садржаја музичких предмета суптилно проширују културни хоризонти студенaта, будућих васпитача. Такође, постојала је потреба да се провери постоји ли позитивна перцепција самих студената о значају музичких вештина за њихов позив, односно извршених измена у силабусу музичких предмета. Значајно је било проверити и у коликој мери студенти доживљавају ангажовање и приступ самих наставника као важан, подстицајни фактор приликом усвајања музичких вештина. Акционо истраживање (енг. action research) спроведено је на узорку од педесет студената Високе школе струковних студија за образовање васпитача у Новом Саду, a рађено је техником анкетирања и анализе садржаја. Резултати указују на то да већина студената музичке предмете сматра важним за свој позив, док унете измене у силабус доживљава позитивно због унапређења праксе. Највећи број студената улогу наставника види као кључну најпре у откривању сопствених музичких капацитета, а потом у савладавању музичких вештина и откривању важности музике за рад са децом.

Summary: This paper is on the qualitative research procedure, which had the aim of studying aspects of possible changes and additions to syllabi of musical subjects at the Higher Vocational School for Educating Pre-School Teachers in Novi Sad. Apart from the intention to practically increase practical application of the adopted knowledge and gained knowledge of students, this research is about the verification of the attempts of careful choice o contents of musical subjects to be studied for the purpose of widening cultural horizons of the students, future pre-school teachers. Nevertheless, there was the need to check whether there was positive perception of students themselves about the significance of musical skills for their vocation, i.e. done changes in the syllabi of musical subjects. It was significant to check in which extent students perceived engagement and approach of very teachers as significant, stimulating factor in adopting musical skills. Action research was performed in the sample of fifty students of Higher Vocational School for Educating Pre-School Teachers in Novi Sad, and the technique of questionnaire and contents analysis was performed. The results show that most students consider musical subjects significant for their vocation, whereas changes in the syllabus are perceived positively because of the improved praxis. Most of the students see the role of the teachers as the key one, firstly in revealing own musical capacities, and then in mastering musical skills and revealing the significance of music for work with children.
